Holding an MBA from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from De La Salle University, Samar brings a strong background in strategic planning, equity initiatives, and civic leadership. With experience in higher education, she has been deeply involved in efforts to support and provide tools for the next generation—investing in our children today to prepare them for the future. Her work focuses on building a pipeline of talent that connects diverse students with employers, faculty, and staff, ensuring they have the
opportunities and support needed to thrive. Combined with her lived experience as a first-generation American and working parent in the district, and nearly a decade as part of the Lower Merion community, Samar’s expertise and perspective make her uniquely prepared to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.
